Papillion, Nebraska · Licensed Operator · Age-Verified Cashless
Your venue already runs
all night. Now the walls do too.
Outpost places, owns, and operates an age-verified vending machine in your venue. We handle every license, every restock, every sale. You collect a strong share of every sale by ACH on the 10th, and your rate climbs even higher in any month the machine sells 75+ units.
What your venue would earn
This volume clears 75 units a month, so the whole month pays your elevated high-volume rate. Tap below for the full math.

Where these numbers come from
The formula
monthly customers × adoption rate × avg ticket × commission = your monthly take
Your commission is a strong share of gross sales on every machine. In any month the machine sells 75 units or more (units = monthly customers × adoption rate), your whole-month rate climbs even higher. The calculator folds the elevated rate into your projection once the volume you model actually clears that bar.
Industry-typical adoption for specialty vending in licensed 21+ venues runs 6 to 12 percent of foot traffic. Average tickets land between $14 and $28 depending on product mix (disposables skew higher, pouches skew lower). The default sliders sit on conservative midpoints.

Who you're working with
I'm Justin. I answer when you reach out.
Before placing a single machine, we spent months filing the LLC, obtaining the Nebraska tobacco retailer license, registering with the ENDS registry, drafting placement agreements, and building the compliance calendar. We did the work most operators skip. That is why every placement we make is fully compliant from day one.
I'm not a franchise. There's no corporate layer between you and me. When something needs attention at your location, I respond directly and I'm twenty minutes away.
I put my own money into every machine I place. My license is on every transaction. That's not a marketing line. It's why I'm careful about which venues I take on, and why I work hard to keep every location running.

- How does the math actually work?
- Monthly customers × adoption rate × average ticket × your commission rate = your monthly take. You earn a strong share of every sale, and your rate climbs even higher in any month the machine sells 75 units or more. Industry-typical adoption for specialty vending in licensed 21+ venues runs 6 to 12 percent of foot traffic. Average tickets land between $14 and $28 depending on product mix. The defaults on our calculator sit on conservative midpoints so the projection reflects a realistic middle, not a best case. Before you sign anything, we sit down and run your venue's actual numbers and the exact commission terms.
- What does my staff have to do?
- Watch the install once. After that, nothing. Stocking, refunds, jams, ID disputes, monthly reporting are all ours. The Nayax payment system auto-refunds customers on any failed dispense, so jams resolve at the customer level without your staff stepping in. The machine is a tenant on your wall, not a workload.
- Who handles compliance, licensing, and taxes?
- We do. Outpost holds the Nebraska state tobacco retailer license, the ENDS registry filing, the excise permits, sales-tax filings, and every regulatory document tied to the machine. Your venue is not listed as the licensee on any filing. Your commission is ordinary 1099 income, reported by us each January.
- How does the age verification work?
- Every machine transaction starts with an ID scan through the Nayax verification module, because every product in the machine is age-restricted. The scanner reads the barcode or chip on the customer's driver's license, confirms 21+, and only then unlocks the payment screen. No verification, no transaction. The legal liability sits with us as the licensed retailer, not your venue or staff.
- How and when do I get paid?
- ACH direct deposit lands in your business account by the 10th of every month, covering the previous month's gross sales. A statement arrives with the deposit showing units sold, revenue, and your commission line. You collect a strong share of every sale, and your rate climbs even higher in any month the machine sells 75 units or more. No invoicing, no follow-up, no chasing.
- What if the machine underperforms?
- You're out nothing. There is no capital outlay from the venue, no inventory commitment, no equipment lease. If a placement isn't earning enough to justify the visit, we move it. The downside risk on machine performance sits entirely with us · that's why we are careful about which venues we place in.
- What if the machine gets broken into or vandalized?
- It is our machine and our problem, not yours. Payment runs through the Nayax cashless terminal, so there is no cash box inside to pry open. Every unit reports its status to us in real time. If the machine is damaged in your venue, we repair or replace it at our cost. Your venue is never billed for damage, theft, or downtime.
- How do I exit if I want out?
- Easy. The agreement starts with a short initial term, then runs month-to-month with simple written notice from either side, no questions asked. If your venue's situation changes mid-term (sale, license issue, renovation), we work with you to wind down. There is no early-termination fee.
