No. 01 · About Outpost Vending

The longer story.

The home page tells you what Outpost does in seven sections. This page is for venue operators who want the full version: who runs the company, what the industry looks like, and what the first year on your wall actually unfolds into.

02Who you're working with

I'm Justin. I answer when you reach out.

Before placing a single machine, we spent months filing the LLC, obtaining the Nebraska tobacco retailer license, registering with the ENDS registry, drafting the placement agreements, and building the compliance calendar. We did the work most operators skip. That is why every placement we make is fully compliant from day one.

I'm not a franchise. There's no corporate layer between you and me. When something needs attention at your location, I respond directly and I'm twenty minutes away from most Omaha metro venues.

I put my own money into every machine I place. My license is on every transaction. That's not a marketing line. It's why I'm careful about which venues I take on, and why I work hard to keep every location running.

The math we publish is conservative and venue-specific. Before you sign anything, we sit down and run your venue's actual numbers · your foot traffic, your demographics, your space · not the industry averages.

Outpost Vending is based in Papillion, Nebraska. We operate inside Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28-1429.02, which permits automated nicotine vending in two specific contexts: licensed on-premise liquor establishments and areas not open to the general public.

Outpost is one person, one license, one machine at a time. That's not a constraint. It's the whole product.

04The first year

From install to year-end deposit.

Five milestones that sketch what the year actually looks like once the machine is on your wall.

  1. Day 1

    No. 01

    Machine arrives

Wall-mount or freestanding install in under two hours. We bring everything: machine, products, payment terminal, age-verification scanner. Your staff watches once, never touches again.

  2. Day 7

    No. 02

    First sale

Within the first week a customer scans, verifies their ID, and pays. The transaction lands in our dashboard. Your venue is now an earning surface.

  3. Day 30

    No. 03

    First commission

ACH lands in your account by the 10th of the next month. A full statement shows what sold and at what mix. No invoicing, no follow-up.

  4. Day 90

    No. 04

    Routine cadence

Restocking is automatic. We monitor inventory and refill before anything runs low. Product mix gets tuned to what your venue actually sells.

  5. Day 365

    No. 05

    Year-end total

Twelve months of monthly ACH deposits. Depending on your traffic and product mix, a mid-size venue typically clears four figures over the year. We run your actual numbers before you sign, so you know the range going in. It is income from wall space that was not earning before.
